The Glory Wood is an area of semi-natural woodland, comprising 13.22 Hectares (32.66 Acres), located on the sandstone hills just south of Dorking Town Centre (TQ 171 485), part of the Greensand way runs through the wood.
Owned by Mole Valley District Council, the Glory Wood was until recently managed by the Surrey Wildlife Trust on a long term contract.
The Glory Wood is quite extensive and difficult to access, so the meeting point and car parking for volunteers depends on the specific tasks that have been identified.
